WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders are shipped within 10 business working days. We do not ship on Saturday, Sundays and major holidays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION
We currently ship via USPS. Orders over $200 will ship for free. Orders placed during regular business hours will be processed and shipped within 10 days, orders may be delayed if your order requires extra verification. Note: We are not in the office during the weekends and holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We currently offer USPS as a method of shipment. Delivery times can very but are usually 10 business days but can be delayed in customs. Total shipping costs is calculated by the size and weight of your package. To ensure your package is delivered seamlessly,
always add your phone number and email address upon placing your order.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you can click the link found in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to be updated.

WHAT IS A DIALS FATE RETURN POLICY?
At this time, A DIALS FATE does not accept returns or exchanges for any products, as we are still a growing brand. All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review your order and reach out to us if you have any questions before completing your purchase.

WHAT IS A DIALS FATE EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you need to make an exchange, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Exchanges must be sent to the address provided in the exchange form within 30 days from receipt of your order.
Please contact info@adialsfate.com prior to mailing your package to ensure the desired item is still available.
We are unable to cover shipping charges for exchanges.
MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTED. WHAT CAN I DO?
f you believe your item is defected, please email us at info@adialsfate.com with photos and explaining the defect within 14 days. We will deem the product defect at our discretion. If the product has been misused or care instructions have not been followed then product will not be eligible to claim as defected.
